Beautiful New England
Living in New England, we can recognize the subtle shift in seasons. The earth has started to tilt away from the sun since late June. The nights are getting longer, it is darker now, earlier. The mornings have a different sound to them with the crickets and the birds almost quieter. The wind chimes on the porch moving now with cooler air, and they have almost a different sound to them. The change of seasons is upon us, and it is inspiring to create new autumn scents with notes of clove and cinnamon.
This is my favorite time of year. The transition from August to September. It is both refreshing and uplifting. It is undoubtedly the beginning of the fall season.
Starting from the Ground Up
Being a recent small business owner, I have a new appreciation of what it means to build a client base. At farmer’s markets I can connect and talk to people who have an interest in my brand. The movement of clean skincare is still up and coming. It is inspiring to see how the public reacts and draws into safer alternatives for the skin. It gives me an appreciation for other small business owners and how difficult it is to start off. There is no going viral, it is pure hard work, grit and resilience in starting a brand. Ultimately, I am incredibly grateful to my customers for including my products in their skincare routines.
This time of year, when the kids are going back to school, I find it inspiring to get back to the grind. I plan on having a bigger presence both at upcoming markets, fairs, and online. The products I’ve created are better each time and I am fortunate enough to formulate right from my home.
New Fall Products in Stock
It is with appreciation and gratitude that I introduce new fall scents to my skincare line. From Spiced Cider lotion bars to Pumpkin Spice Latte soap to our returning Autumn Wind Body Oil, I am excited to offer scents that enhance the beginning of the fall. Whether ready or not for the fall, she’s coming so why not grab a nice fall scent to honor the change of seasons.
A happy and safe fall season to you and yours.
